In September of 2018 Tofu Tech was born! Chad and Josh recognize that many family-owned businesses have a need for software consultation and development. They have combined their entrepreneurial and technical skills to meet this need with efficiency and integrity.
Throughout 2019 we worked to build a foothold for our company and began servicing multiple local businesses in the Davis County, UT region. We established business partnerships with Petrus Solutions - a rapid prototyping company and LanKing Gaming - an Esports event host. We also began development on our first in-house mobile application - an Android app for tracking gamer stats for Pro-Smash Brothers Ultimate e-sports competitors.
2020 started off fast for us, in January we sponsored an Esports event that had over 300 participants and 1000 attendees while being streamed live on multiple Twitch channels. In May, we hired our first employee, a media specialist, to help us advertise our business more. Our goal for this year is to expand our presence in our various media outlets, to grow our customer base, and to release our first application the SSBU Leaderboard. Despite the large setbacks that the economy has faced due to Covid-19 we have maintained our course forward. We are aware of the challenges this causes to small and local businesses especially, and so we are committed to working with our clients to help them fulfil their goals in these hard times. We will continue to provide One-on-One meetings to find personalized solutions to your individual requirements, while also keeping the product package within your companies budget capabilities.
